Tagged & Happy ("Tagged & Happy" or "we" or "us") wants to provide the best service possible to our customers and part of that commitment includes protecting your privacy.  Tagged & Happy provides this policy (the "Privacy Policy") to explain what information we collect from you and how we use that information.  This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Tagged & Happy through our website ( and through our branded pages on third party platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn (together, the "Site").  By using the Site, submitting information to us or purchasing merchandise from us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The Information We Collect

Tagged & Happy does not sell merchandise to anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.  By purchasing from the Site, each user represents that he or she has reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction where he or she is located.  Tagged & Happy does not specifically solicit or collect information about children, but we are concerned about the safety of children and their use of the Internet.  We will not knowingly request or solicit personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.  If you are under 13, do not submit any personal information to the Site.  In the event that Tagged & Happy is notified that we have collected such personally identifiable information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is practical.
